PA Mom Dies After Being Impaled By Flying Debris At County Fair A 33-year-old Pennsylvania mom has died after part of a tractor broke off and hit her in the neck at a county fair, authorities said.  Brandy Horner was watching the tractor pull at the Union Couty West End Fair when "an exhaust wheel within a turbo housing became dislodged and ejected from its manifold," the wheel "then ejected from the metal covering of the tractor," and a piece of the wheel broke off and became lodged in her neck, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. The deadly debris impaled Brandy around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11, according to the county coroner's office.  …

Poconos Man, 23, Killed In Farm Tractor Crash With SUV A 23-year-old man operating a farm tractor died after a crash with two vehicles in the Poconos, authorities said. Dalton Davidson, of Saylorsburg, was operating a farm tractor and slowing for a right turn when he was rear-ended by an SUV on the southbound side of State Route 209 Tuesday around 10:40 p.m., according to State Police and the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
