Woman Shot, Killed In Philadelphia Home: Police A 59-year-old woman was killed in a residence in Kensington on Friday afternoon, June 28, said Philadelphia police.  The victim was shot on the 3400 block of Crystal Street around 1 p.m. and taken to St. Christopher's Hospital where she died, according to authorities.  No arrests have been made and no weapon was recovered as of Friday evening, PPD said. Police are on the scene.  Anyone with information is asked to call PPD’s tip line at 215-686-8477.

Boy, 5, Shot On Front Porch Of Philadelphia Home A 5-year-old boy who was shot standing on a front porch in Philadelphia was hospitalized Monday, April 25, authorities said. A gunman fired out of a vehicle from the highway, hitting the boy around 9:20 a.m., at a home on the 200 block of West Fisher Avenue, city police said. The boy was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital where he was stabilized. No arrests have been made.
