HazMat Units Respond To 'Incident' In Eastern PA (

UPDATE: Borough officials lifted the shelter-in-place order on Wednesday afternoon. Hazardous Materials crews are on the scene of an "incident" in Downingtown on Wednesday, Aug. 9, authorities warn.
