Reckless Philadelphia Mustang Driver Pepper-Sprayed After Pursuit In VA, Sheriff's Office Says A reckless Philadelphia driver was arrested after being pepper-sprayed in northern Virginia after police said she almost hit a motorcyclist then led a pursuit. Deputies were brought to the 3000 block of Warrenton Road in Stafford where the county sheriff's office said Carla Yengo Kahn, 32, had nearly struck a motorcyclist in her Ford Mustang, and was driving all over the roadway around 12:35 p.m. Sunday, June 2. Delco Fugitive Pelted With Pepper Balls In Virginia Standoff: Police A woman wanted out of Pennsylvania for a weapons violation was arrested after a standoff with Virginia authorities, they said. On Saturday, March 23 around 1:45 a.m., deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office got a tip that Anya Dibiase was at the McDonald's on Wonder Road, Sheriff David Decatur said. Dibiase had been wanted out of Ridley Park, PA for a felony weapons violation, and was noted to be possibly armed and dangerous, the sheriff said. VA Man Who Solicited Explicit Images From Kids Online Charged In PA: Police A 34-year-old Virginia man is facing charges in Pennsylvania for chatting with juveniles online and soliciting explicit images from them, authorities said. The tips regarding Jesse Abercrombie, of Stafford, came in to the Stafford County Sheriff's Computer Crime Unit in October 2023, Sheriff David Decatur said.
