Delco Driver Hit Motorcyclist With Car After Stabbing Mom In Face: Police
A Delaware County man is accused of stabbing his own mother in the head and face before stealing her car and badly injuring a motorcyclist while fleeing police, authorities say.
Clifford Pendleton, 38, is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and related counts, said East Lansdowne Borough Police in a release.
Officers were called to a home on Beverly Avenue for a reported stabbing around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, the department said. They arrived to find an elderly woman suffering from "lacerations" across her head and face, police said.
