Dirt Bike Rider Who Intentionally Ran Over Firefighter In Bucks County Surrenders: Report, PD
A dirt bike rider who police say intentionally struck a pedestrian identified by NBC10 as a 64-year-old firefighter has surrendered to authorities in Pennsylvania. Brian Barlow is believed to have knocked the firefighter to the ground on his bike around 7:50 p.m. on Neshaminy Valley Drive in Bensalem on Aug. 5, police said at the time.
