Alleged Pennsylvania Jewelry Thief Gets Caught Swiping Expensive Necklace -- Again A Pennsylvania woman who has a history of stealing expensive jewelry was caught again allegedly swiping a $4,450 necklace from an establishment in Chester County, authorities said. A person who knows of 47-year-old Anda Franc of King of Prussia (Montgomery County), told police she was the person who swiped the necklace when the cashier turned away at a store in West Whiteland Township on Wednesday, June 16, West Whiteland Township police Det.
