Sean Terwilliger Killed In Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-476 Authorities have named the 40-year-old passenger who was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer on I-476 in Salford Township on Friday morning, Dec. 8.  Sean Terwilliger of Allentown was riding south in a utility truck when he and the driver pulled over to secure the load near mile marker 36.4, state police said.  They parked on the west shoulder and Terwilliger was standing off the roadway at the rear of the truck, according to investigators.  A passing southbound tractor-trailer drifted into the shoulder, striking Terwilliger and the utility truck, officials said.  Terw…

All three were New Jersey residents who died in a Pennsylvania crash over the weekend. Nicholas Nissen, 24, of South Amboy, and Joseph Riggio, 30, of Parlin, were pronounced dead at the scene, Carbon County Coroner Robert W. Miller Jr. told Lehigh Valley Live.
