Cash Reward Offered For Capture Of Lehigh Fugitive Accused Of Selling Mass Quantities Of Heroin SEEN HIM? Police are offering a cash reward for information leading to the apprehension of a Lehigh County fugitive accused of selling heroin who may have fled the country. Aurelio Pitre-Montalvo, 50, is wanted for failing to appear in Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas, according to the PA Fugitive Task Force. Pitre-Montalvo was initially charged with possession with intent to deliver 3,000 bags of heroin, police said. Pitre-Montalvo is also wanted in New York on similar charges and is accused of fleeing Pennsylvania to Puerto Rico last October to avoid prosecution. He may have also…
