PA Man Knocked Victim Out, Revived Them, Then Choked Them Again: Police A Lancaster man is accused of reviving someone he strangled unconscious only to choke them again, according to authorities.  Manheim police said it happened at a house on North Queen Street on Nov. 23.  Corey Lee Aaron, 29, started an argument with the victim before snatching their phone and breaking it, a witness told investigators. He then threatened to kill the victim and choked them until they blacked out, police claimed.  When the victim lost consciousness, Aaron performed rescue breaths and chest compressions until they woke up, authorities said.  That's whe…
