Delaware Memorial Bridge Lanes Closed Due To Major Construction Construction on the New Jersey-bound side of the Delaware Memorial Bridge has temporarily closed two northbound lanes of traffic, authorities said. Highway crews started work to replace the bridge deck and expansion joints on Thursday, Sept. 15 as part of a $71 million project.
