A man was left with serious injuries following a hit-and-run crash in Chester County over the weekend, authorities said. A man was riding his motorcycle in the 900 Block of Newark Road in Toughkenamon on Sept. 26 around 3:15 p.m. when a truck struck him and fled the scene without stopping, according to the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department.
