Pair Charged, Victim Identified In Deadly Allentown Shooting One man is dead and two more are behind bars following a fatal shooting in Allentown Sunday night, authorities announced.  City police were called to the corner of 4th and Tilghman Streets around 9:30 p.m. on May 14 for reports of shots fired, the department wrote in a release.  They arrived to find a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, 27-year-old Jose Tirado-Ramirez of Bethlehem, was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he died from his injuries just after midnight, said Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
