Troopers Remove 'Homemade Pipe Bombs' From Schuylkill County Home State police are searching for answers after a pair of "homemade pipe bombs" were discovered hidden in the ceiling of a vacant Schuylkill County apartment unit.  It happened on Wednesday, May 31, troopers wrote in a release.
