Officers were able to catch the shooter, Sydney Small, when they arrived at a home in the 400 Block of West Turner Street around noon on June 26, according to Allentown police.
There were no injuries.
Officers also recovered a loaded handgun from Small, police said.
She was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, and simple assault.
Small was sent to Lehigh County Jail after failing to post $50,000 bail, court records show.
Her preliminary hearing is set for July 9.
