Opening Statements Set In Trial For Lehigh County Man Accused Of Killing Girlfriend

Opening statements will be made Wednesday in the trial for a Lehigh County man accused of killing his girlfriend, reports say.

Steven Oliemuller II, 35, was charged by grand jury recommendation with homicide in the death of Alexus Quay, 20, WFMZ reports.

Oliemuller is accused of causing head, back, face and arm injuries to Quay, who was found dead inside their Lower Milford Township home on June 18, 2018.

Jury selection for the trial was finalized Tuesday, which is anticipated to last about two weeks, the report says.
