Q A Wyomissing man was arrested in connection with a fatal crash in Spring Township last month, police said in a release.  Jen-Chieh Sung, 20, is charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI and related offenses, according to authorities.  Police said the single-car crash happened on Tulpehocken Road near Berkshire Boulevard on Feb. 17. PD: SWAT Standoff Ends In Arrest Of Berks County Man Who Allegedly Threatened Wife With Gun A 36-year-old man was in custody Friday morning after a nearly 5-hour standoff with police in Berks County that began Thursday night, authorities said. Sean M. Butler Jr. had allegedly assaulted and threatened his wife with a firearm inside a home on the 2200 block of Spring Street in Spring Township around 10 p.m, according to Deputy Chief of the Spring Police Department, Stephen Powell.
