Kidnapped: Thief Steals Car With PA Woman Sleeping Inside, Authorities Say A 34-year-old woman was abducted when a thief stole the car she was sleeping in early Monday morning, March 4, according to Philadelphia police.  It happened on the 800 block of East Allegheny Avenue in Kensington just before 2 a.m., the department said.  Investigators believe the carjacker stole the silver 2012 Buick Verona and fled north on the 3200 block of G Street. Dad Who Left 3-Month-Old Infant Girl At Pennsylvania Walmart Turns Himself In, Police Say A dad has turned himself over to the police in connection with a 3-month-old baby girl who was found at a Walmart in Philadelphia following a "theft in progress," police announced on Friday evening.  Alganon H. Muhammed, 22, originally of Concord Township, Delaware County, PA, most recently of Delaware, according to public records, "surrendered to police on January 26th," PPD stated in a release. Girl, 14, Missing From PA Home Found Safe: Police UPDATE: Mahayla Shannon has been safely located, police say. ORIGINAL: A 14-year-old girl has gone missing from her Pennsylvania home, police say.  Mahayla Shannon was reported as missing around 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, according to Pittsburgh police's Special Victims Unit. She was last seen in Pittsburgh's Zone 1, police say.   She is described as being 5'1" tall with black hair and brown eyes, according to the police release.
