Manheim Man Had So Much Child Porn Police Server Couldn't Download It, Affidavit A 33-year-old man has been charged with eight charges of felony child pornography, police announced on Wednesday, Feb. 28.  Justin Michael Lowe of the 100 block of Sunny Slope Lane in Penn Township, Manheim was found "in possession of the child pornography"  between Oct. 10, 2023, and Jan. 1, 2024, as the Northern Lancaster County Regional police stated in the release.  The pornography was found in a Dropbox uploaded by Lowe in an account with the user name, "Justin Elow," as stated in the affidavit of probable cause.  The majority of the videos and photos fou…
