Palmyra Man Accused Of Groping Woman At Sheetz Gas Pump A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities.  Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her.  The victim reported the incident to Caernarvon Township police and investigators identified Balsamo as the suspect.  He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and indecent assault and arraigned on Sept. 26, where his bail was set at $10,000, court records show.  Balsamo has a preliminary hearing in a Berks County court schedule…

Crash Closes PA Turnpike In Lancaster County The Pennsylvania Turnpike has closed in Lancaster due to a crash, according to turnpike officials. Emergency crews were called to the crash just west of Morgantown in Lancaster County along Route I-76 around 1 p.m. The westbound lanes have been closed between the Denver, Lancaster County, and Morgantown exits.
