Jason Shirk Charged With Rape Of Child A 34-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting three children and raping at least one girl – and he may have more victims, the Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced on Friday, Feb. 9. Edward Williams Charged With Raping Children A mom found a video of her 7-year-old daughter being sexually assaulted over the weekend, the Lebanon County District Attorney explained in a release on Tuesday.  Edward Lee Williams, 55 of Manheim, was seen in the video "molesting" the children from Jan. 14 into the early morning hours of Jan. 15, as explained in the DA's office's release.  The mom met with the police after discovering the video and the police immediately launched an investigation.
