Drunk 68-Year-Old Bicyclist Arrested Following Central PA Crash: Police A 68-year-old man — with a record of driving under the influence was supposedly caught doing it again — this time on a bicycle, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Andrew Joseph Dawson Jr. was found lying in the 100 block of Erford Road, Camp Hil on Nov. 16, according to a release by the East Pennsboro Police.  Officers were called to the reported bicycle accident but found Dawson appearing " to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage" at 11:01 p.m., as stated in the release. Drunk Central PA Prostitute Nabbed After Bike Fall: Police A bicyclist and convicted prostitute has been charged after she was seen falling off her bicycle in Carlisle, police announced on Thursday, June 15, 2023.  Jennifer Anna Maschmeyer, 53, was spotted falling off of her bicycle in the 100 block of North Pitt Street on June 1, 2023, the police said.  The observing police officers "suspected (her) to be manifestly under the control of alcohol or a controlled substance," as stated in the release.  Maschmeyer was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness, according to the police.  She was searched before being taken to Cum…
