Toddler Shoots Woman In Back, Police In Toddler Shoots Woman In Back Police In Pennsylvania Say A 33-year-old woman was hospitalized after being shot in the back by a toddler on Monday, July 1,  according to Wilson Borough police.  The shot woman was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery and is expected to survive, investigators say.  The shooting happened on the 2200 block of Forest Street, authorities said. Child, 3, Airlifted After Shooting Himself With Handgun In Suburban Philly Parking Lot A 3-year-old child was airlifted to the hospital after accidentally shooting himself with a firearm in Suburban Philadelphia over the weekend, authorities said. The toddler was struck once in the lower abdomen while in a black Dodge Durango, parked in the Caln Plaza shopping center around 11:45 a.m. Saturday, July 30, local police said.
