Lebanon Dad Leaves Behind Young Daughter After Deadly Shooting A 33-year-old Lebanon dad was shot dead on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, police announced that afternoon.  Thomas M. Vance was found with a gunshot wound in the first block of Jones Street around 8 a.m., according to Lebanon City Police.
