Ex-Con, Nypd Impersonator Swings Sword While Threatening To Kill People In Lebanon: Police A Pennsylvania man who previously served time after posing as a New York City police officer as part of a green card scam has been arrested yet again, police said in a release on Friday, Sept. 23.  Richard Gomez, 51, of Lebanon, was swinging a sword when he threatened to kill two victims who were walking in the 500 block of Cumberland Street around 11:40 p.m. Sept. 8, Lebanon City police say.  Gomez was charged with four misdemeanors for Threats and Simple Assault, as well as a summary offense for Harassment, the police stated in the release and court documents confirm.&…
