A Pennsylvania Lottery player paid $20 at a Pittston gas station this week to become a millionaire. The lucky winner earned the $1 million prize playing the Millionaire Bucks Scratch-Off, said state gaming officials on Friday, Dec. 1. The vendor, Convenient Food Mart at 610 South Main St., is set to receive a $5,000 bonus check for selling the winning slip, they added.
