Clifton heights police and firefighters joined the state game wardens at a home on the 200 block of West Baltimore Pike in Delaware County, where the bear can be seen scurrying down a tree. PA Man Was Sawing Decapitated Woman's Limb When Police Showed Up, DA Says A Pennsylvania man was in custody Friday, Feb. 11 after police spotted him sawing a decapitated woman's limbs off, authorities said. Nicholas P. Scurria, 32, of Clifton Heights, had been arguing with the 58-year-old victim at the Willows Apartments on South Springfield Road in Clifton Heights around 4:40 a.m., the Delaware County District Attorney's Office said, citing a neighbor who called 911.
