Clifton heights police and firefighters joined the state game wardens at a home on the 200 block of West Baltimore Pike in Delaware County, where the bear can be seen scurrying down a tree. PA Man Was Sawing Decapitated Woman's Limb When Police Showed Up, DA Says A Pennsylvania man was in custody Friday, Feb. 11 after police spotted him sawing a decapitated woman's limbs off, authorities said.
