PA Man Stalked Woman 9x, Putting GPS On Car, Police Say A King of Prussia man is accused of stalking a woman he met on a dating app "on at least 9 occasions," and broke into her home in Bensalem, according to a township police release on June 3, 2024. The woman he is accused of stalking went on several dates with 33-year-old Matthew Bustin but "felt uncomfortable after odd behavior arose," the police stated in the release.
