Driver Uses Neighbor's Yard As Turnaround In Police Pursuit In Central PA: Authorities A Central PA man who damaged property by trying to turn around in a yard during a police chase was charged with a felony, authorities said. Christopher Michael Mumford, 41, sped away from police who attempted to stop him near Lititz Pike and West Woods Drive in Warwick Township just before 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said.
