Double Allentown Murder Suspect Surrenders: Police Gabriel Cartagena, the 44-year-old man wanted in connection with a double homicide last month in Allentown, has surrendered, police announced. Cartagena turned himself in on Thursday, Jan. 4, after warrants for his arrest on two counts of criminal homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and various weapons offenses were issued, Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca said. Coroner IDs Infant, Woman Killed In Allentown Shooting Officials have named the woman and baby who were fatally shot in an Allentown home last Friday, Dec. 29.  They were 44-year-old Ada Ortiz and her 1-year-old grandson Sebastian Serrano, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Officials said Ortiz died from multiple gunshot wounds while Serrano's autopsy was still ongoing as of midday Tuesday, Jan. 2. Double Homicide: Infant, Woman, Man Shot In Allentown, Police Say A man, a woman, and a baby were found shot in Allentown, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A.
