Man With BAC 3X Legal Limit Crashes Into Barn In PA: Police A man crashed into a barn while driving drunk with a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit, according to a release by police. New Holland police were called to a vehicle crash in the 900 Block of Martindale Road of Earl Township in Lancaster County on Jan. 7 around 1:30 p.m., according to a release by the department. Upon arrival police found a vehicle crashed into the side of a barn, according to the release. Andrey Fleyta, 40, of Ephrata, was identified as the driver and sole occupant to the vehicle, according to police. Fleyta was not injured, but was so intoxicated…
