Man On Methamphetamines Causes Crash Seriously Injuring Teenage Girl: PA Police A central Pennsylvania man has been charged after a car crash left a 14-year-old girl seriously hurt, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. State police were called to the crash along 484 Interstate 83 South in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County on Dec. 26 shortly before 8 p.m., according to Tuesday's release by police. Tyler Brown, 32, of Harrisburg, was driving his 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution with a 14-year-old girl in the front passenger seat at the time of the crash, according to the release.
