Drunk 68-Year-Old Bicyclist Arrested Following Central PA Crash: Police A 68-year-old man — with a record of driving under the influence was supposedly caught doing it again — this time on a bicycle, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Andrew Joseph Dawson Jr. was found lying in the 100 block of Erford Road, Camp Hil on Nov. 16, according to a release by the East Pennsboro Police.  Officers were called to the reported bicycle accident but found Dawson appearing " to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage" at 11:01 p.m., as stated in the release.
