A 25-year-old Biglerville mom was killed and her infant daughter was medevaced following a two-vehicle crash on Memorial Day, Pennsylvania State Police in Adams County announced on Thursday, May 30. Brianna "Brie" Michelle Lucas was found dead in her 2005 Chevrolet Impala at the scene of the crash, PSP explained. A state police officer received two years of probation after pleading guilty in connection with a 2022 road rage incident in Chester County, according to the District Attorney's Office. A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
