State Police: Carlisle Man Arrested For Fatal Overdose Of Shippensburg Student After 10 months police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal overdose of a Shippensburg University student. Angel Rodriguez Leon, 21, of Carlisle, was arrested on Saturday after a police investigation linked him to the crime via social media posts stating that he had delivered fentanyl to the student. The student was living in off-campus housing at the time. His identity has not been made public. At the time of the overdose, pills were found at the scene and testing  determine the pills were fentanyl. Rodriguez Leon has a criminal record including a violent domestic assault…
