21 Displaced After Fatal Fire At The Summy House A woman has died following a fire at the historic building known as The Summy House.  The fire broke out at the Summy House, 33 South Main Street, Manheim Borough at 5:07 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13, according to borough police.  The fire was in a second-floor room in the historic building that is home to 20 apartments and 22 residents, the police explained in a release that afternoon. Lititz Adventurer Dies On 23rd Birthday, Police Say (Update) A man turning 23-years-old has been identified as the driver who died at the scene of a crash in Lancaster County, authorities say. Josiah Maier of Lititz was named as the driver at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. The deadly single-vehicle crash into a tree happened in the 1100 block of Kleinfeltersville Road in Clay Township at 8:36 p.m. on Aug. 22, according to a release by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.
