Jazmin Dietrich of York died at Reading Hospital the same day as the crash, according to state police in Lancaster. DUI Possibly Causes Serious Head-On Crash In York County, Police Say A "serious" crash had police asking the public to avoid part of York Township as they launched an investigation on Thursday evening.  Officers with the York County Regional Police were called to "a head-on collision" at 2405 Springwood Road, York Township at 5:14 p.m. on Feb. 29, the department detailed in the release.  What the officers found when they arrived wasn't detailed beyond the above photograph.  The roadway was closed as the officers launched an investigation into the collision. Tree Crashing Onto Pick-Up Kills Driver, Cumberland County Coroner Says A tree falling onto a pick-up truck during Tuesday's storm has left one person dead, according to the Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall.  Bruce Alan Beinhaur, 58 of Dauphin died at the scene in Mechanicsburg at 1:37 p.m. on Jan. 9, Hall detailed.  Hampden Township Police had been called to a report of "a traffic collision with injuries" in the 600 block of Good Hope Road, as stated in a separate police release. Officers arrived to find Beinhaur had already passed while trapped in his pick-up by the tree.  It is believed that "Beinhaur was travelling …

Motorcyclist Dies Following Tractor-Trailer Crash: Cumberland Co. Coroner A motorcyclist died at the hospital following a collision with a tractor-trailer on Tuesday, according to the Cumberland County Coroner's office.  Leonard G. Mortorff, 74, of Mount Holly Springs was taken to Carlisle Hospital following the crash at the intersection of Baltimore Pike/PA Route 34 and Yates Street on July 11, 2023, Coroner Charles Hall said.  It is unknown if the tractor-trailer driver sustained any injuries.  This deadly crash remains under investigation by the Mount Holly Boro Police Department.
