Samantha Crich and her daughter, Elizabeth, were coming home from a doctor's visit when they were struck by an out-of-control tractor trailer around 11 a.m., according to a GoFundMe campaign and Pennsylvania State Police. Father, Son Die In Fiery Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-83: Pennsylvania State Police A father and son died in a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 83 in central Pennsylvania on Sunday, January 15, authorities say.  The driver, 49-year-old Greg Stupar, and his 15-year-old son William, both of Charleroi, PA died at the scene of the crash at the mile 44.8 marker in Lower Swatara Township at 11:22 p.m., according to state police and the family.  Stupar hit the guide rail along the right shoulder of I-83, causing the trailer to break through it and strike a concrete abutment, before sliding down an embankment, and catching fire, according to the release by state police.  The …

All but one lane closed along Route 15 northbound in Franklin Township near Franklin Church Road  Wednesday around 11 a.m. An overturned tractor-trailer is the cause of the closure, according police. The slow down is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. No injuries were reported. No hazmat team was required.

Of Plastic Rolling Along Highway (Photos) A tractor-trailer hauling 5,000 lbs. of rolled plastic crashed on I-83 in Cumberland County on Tuesday night, according to West Shore Bureau of Fire. The tractor-trailer carrying eight rolls of plastic crashed between exits 41B to Lemoyne and 40B to New Cumberland around midnight. Easter In Bloom: Tractor Trailer Full of Easter Flowers Rollovers In Dauphin County Traffic slowed on US22/322 in Dauphin County on Wednesday morning when a tractor trailer carrying Easter flowers crashed and rolled over. The tractor trailer crashed at an underpass the eastbound side, temporarily blocking the right lane around 8 a.m., PennDOT reports. Traffic was slowed for a little over two hours. No injuries were reported. Pennsylvania State Police were investigating the cause of the crash. No word on the status of the Easter flower deliveries.
