K9 Officer Sniffs Out $500K In THC Products During Lebanon County Traffic Stop Nearly $500,000 worth of THC products were sniffed out by a K9 officer during a traffic stop by Pennsylvania State Police in Lebanon on Saturday, authorities said. State troopers conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 78 near Union Township for multiple vehicle violations around 1 a.m., according to State Police. After noticing "indicators of criminal activity," a K-9 narcotics unit was used to investigate while police obtained a search warrant.
