Woman Stabbed In Lancaster City Park A woman was hospitalized after a stabbing in a Lancaster city park on Saturday, according to area police. Officers were called to a report of a woman stabbed in a leg and the chest at Culliton Park near South Water and West Strawberry streets around 9:20 p.m. The woman was transported to an area hospital. She is expected to survive as her injuries were minor and not life-threatening. Witnesses told police the woman was attacked by another woman. Police continue to attempt to identify the suspect. Anyone with information about this incident should contact police.

Police were called to the the 1st block of New Dorwart Street at 10:49 p.m. last Friday on the suspicion of a break-in, Lancaster police said. While standing at the front door, they witnessed Shane McCracken Jr. crawling out a third floor window into an open window of a vacant adjoining home, as the building was evacuated, authorities said.
