NJ County Prosecutor Resigns Amid Allegations, Lawsuits, Probe Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner has resigned amid ethics complaints, lawsuits and allegations of misconduct. First Assistant Prosecutor Cary Shill was sworn in as the county's acting top law enforcer after Gov.
