Arlene Pecheco Figueroa, 36, of the first book of Gay Street, Christiana, "seriously injured" in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 41 and Pine Creek Drive in Sadsbury Township at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's office. Central PA Dad Killed In Crash On His Dad's Birthday A Pennsylvania father died on his father's birthday, according to his family.  William "Mikey" Mullen, 41, of Parkesburg, died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Sadsbury Township at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.
