Head-On Tractor-Trailer Crash Kills 25-Year-Old Lebanon County Woman With 'Beautiful Soul' A Lebanon woman was killed in a head-on crash with a tractor-trailer on Wednesday, August 17, 2022., according to a release by the Pennsylvania state police.  Vanessa R. Henner, 25, of Lebanon, died at the scene of the crash at 4:34 p.m., police detail in the release.  Henner was driving her 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier north when, for an unknown reason, she drove over the median on Route 72 in Union Township hitting the 199 Volvo tractor-trailer head-on in the 2900 block, police say.  George A. I-81 southbound came to a standstill between Exit 90/Route 72 toward Lebanon and Exit 85 to Annville/Fort Indiantown Gap, according to 511PA. The crash involving a tractor-trailer happened around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Apr. 18, according to state police. Additional details about the crash were not released.

Coca-Cola Truck With 44,000 Pounds Of Coke Products Crashes On I-81, Authorities Say A Coca-Cola truck that was carrying approximately 44,000 pounds of coke products crashed along Interstate 81 in Lebanon County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The crash happened on I-81 in the southbound lanes between Route 72, Exit 90 and the I-78 East Allentown exit, between mile markers 90 and 89, around 1 p.m, according to PennDOT.
