Details Released: 3-Year-Old Boy Struck In Lancaster County A 3-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in Lancaster on Wednesday, Nov. 16, authorities say.  Emergency crews were called to the crash at Old Philadelphia Pike and Campus Drive in East Lampeter Township around 10:55 p.m., according to Lampeter Township police. The car had been heading east when "the child entered the roadway from an adjacent driveway on the south side of the road," and the boy lives in the 1600 block of Old Philadelphia Pike, the police stated in a release the following morning.  The vehicle is a blue 2020 Hyundai Accent and was operated by a 65-year-old woman…
