Details Released: 3-Year-Old Boy Struck In Lancaster County A 3-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in Lancaster on Wednesday, Nov. 16, authorities say.  Emergency crews were called to the crash at Old Philadelphia Pike and Campus Drive in East Lampeter Township around 10:55 p.m., according to Lampeter Township police.
