Dervin Mateo-Berrios On Probation During Shooting: Dockets A probationer was arrested in connection with a homicide attempt, Lancaster City police announced on Friday, June 28. Dervin Mateo-Berrios, 51 of Lancaster, has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting that sent one person to the hospital occurred on Thursday, June 27, 2024, police detailed in the release.  The shooting happened in the 600 block of Ocean Ave, Lancaster City that left one victim hospitalized.
