Authorities ID 55-Year-Old Man Shot, Killed By Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Authorities have released the name of the 55-year-old man who was shot and killed by a Pennsylvania State Trooper Sunday afternoon. Troopers from the Troop M Belfast barracks responded to 940 Berger Road in Williams township for a 911 call related to a disturbance in the area when they were met with Edward James Shadder outside the home around 2:30 p.m., Trooper Nathan Branosky and the Northampton County DA's Office said. PA Appeals Court Denies 'Sex Slave' Serial Rapist's Bid To Leave Prison Before Age 103 Pennsylvania serial rapist Seth Mull won't be getting out of prison any time soon. A state appeals court on Thursday denied the 33-year-old inmate's bid to leave prison before his term of 78 years to life is up, PennLive reports. He will not be eligible for parole until he is 103 years old. Mull was convicted of rape and human trafficking after a single trial in 2018.  The three victims -- between 19 and 25 years old -- said he held them captive, strangled, beat them, forced them to take drugs and threatened to tell their families.
