2 In 'Serious Condition,' After Second Carbon Monoxide Incident In York County: Fire Officials For the second time in just over two weeks, first responders have been called to a carbon monoxide leak that left someone unconscious in York County.   Hanover Area Fire & Rescue were called to a "carbon monoxide emergency" in the 400 block of Pleasant Street in Hanover Borough at 1:53 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26, according to a release by 79 Fire Volunteers. Coroner Identifies Driver In North Codorus Twp. Crash A man has been identified as the driver and victim of Wednesday rollover crash in North Codorus Township, according to the York County Coroner. Terence Lehr, 67 of 4000 block of Zimmerman Drive was the driver and only victim of the crash. Lehr was a car lover and a former auto-mechanic, according to his Facebook profile. He was a graduate of West York High School. He is survived by his children and grandchildren. Northern York Co Regional Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
