Police Allege Driver On Drugs Caused Crash Killing Mom At Lancaster, Lebanon County Line A 41-year-old mom is dead and several others have been injured following a crash on State Route 322, authorities say. Bethany Welch of Palmyra was in the passenger seat of a sedan involved in the crash with a commercial van and a tractor-trailer, the coroner announced the following afternoon. Surveillance tapes show the woman leaving the bathroom with someone else's phone -- which had accidentally been left in the Molly's Cafe bathroom on Doe Run Road around 4:20 p.m. Monday, Northern Lancaster County Regional police said.
