CVS Health plans to cut the jobs at its Aetna office at Union Meeting Road in Blue Bell. 200+ Layoffs Expected As FedEx Facility Closes In Central PA A Central Pennsylvania FedEx will close its doors and lay off over two hundred employees, according to a WARN Notice by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The FedEx Supply Chain Inc. at 115 Willow Springs Lane in York is set to close on Sept. 30.  The layoffs at the facility will include 220 people. The company will assist the affected employees with finding new positions, according to a FedEx spokesperson.
