Two Cut With Knife During Scuffle At PA Waterpark: Authorities Three people were arrested when an argument at a Scranton waterpark became violent last Friday, June 14, according to city police.  Authorities said it happened in the parking lot after an adult swim event at Montage Mountain. Multiple parkgoers "engaged in an altercation" that left four people injured, including two who were cut by a knife, officials said.  Those arrested:  Nyree Kenya Tawanda Pemberton, 25, of Ithaca, New York was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. World'S First: Legionnaires' Transplants Kills 1 In PA, CDC Pennsylvania is making history – for the wrong reason – with the first known cases of Legionnaires' disease in organ donations, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A bacteria that can cause the deadly lung disease – commonly known as Legionnaires' – has been found in two Pennsylvania lung transplant patients. The transplants were given by a single donor in Philadelphia in May 2022, according to a CDC release on Friday, Sept. 15.  The Pennsylvania Department of Health was notified in July 2022 and the patients learned they had the disease in June.  …

Legionella Found 6 More Times In Lancaster County Facility A bacteria that can cause the deadly lung disease – commonly known as Legionnaires' – has been found six more times since officials learned of an infected inmate in Pennsylvania.
